To control the receipt, dispatch and storage of spare parts, materials and equipment, to ensure that the items are received and distributed in correct quantities, quality and condition as requisitioned, and are in accordance with the company set procedures and standards. Review safety stock levels and follow-up of outstanding purchase orders for stock replenishment. Arrange shipments from the warehouse to the vendors. Maintain database and retrieve data in specified formats. Perform the screening of data compliance to the specific formats and standards.

Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in material management environment with a similar sector. SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
