Possess enough knowledge and skill to perform technical discussion and commercial negotiation with vendors, contractors, department level tenders, Government Authorities and State laws international trade and freight laws, overseas vendors, insurance, technical (material specifications, drawings; International codes and standards). Experience in dealing with vendors, agents, contractors and consultants in relevant disciplines and/ or industries. Contact and updated the governmental proceeding in regard to the import and export. Contact with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve complex contractual problems and to negotiate purchase orders.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in procrement position. SAP knolwdge and experience.
