Recruitment of Scientists

ARCI, Hyderabad invites applications in prescribed form for filling up the following posts of Scientist on direct recruitment basis:

Scientist
Age limit not exceeding: 45 years for Scientist "E"/"D" & 40 years for Scientist "C"

Specific Job Requirements:
Should have appropriate expertise and experience based on requirements for each of the three posts as follows:

i. Development of Lithium-ion battery materials and experience on battery plant operation, fabrication of Lithium-ion battery electrodes, cell assembly and electrochemical characterization.

ii. Synthesis of nano materials for targeted applications (Lithium-ion battery/visible light photocatalysis), familiarity with relevant characterization tools such as XPS, Gas Chromatography etc.

iii. Processing and characterization of soft and hard magnetic materials and developing applications based on them, particularly for automotive industry.

No. of Posts: Three (03)

Qualification: Essential - Master's degree in Physical Sciences or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized University PLUS requisite experience in R&D in Industrial/Academic Institutions and/or Science and Technology Organisations. Desirable - a. Doctorate degree or equivalent in related subject from a recognized University. b. Experience in managing and directing R&D projects/programmes. c. Published research work of high standard and/or good record of patents granted/filed.

Experience: 10 years/8 years/4 years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Post-wise Gross Salary* - Rs. 1,07,500/70, 980/61, 850 (*minimum of the pay band)
