Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent - Power Plant

Lead the Mechanical Maintenance section to upkeep all aspects of mechanical maintenance in Qatalum Power Plant. Coordinate with Power Plant Engineering team to develop robust asset and plant maintenance strategies. Develop Preventive Maintenance schedules to provide the highest plant availability and reliability. Develop plant condition monitoring regime and coordinate with Plant Engineering team in order to review diagnostics and investigate root cause.

Coordinate with Power Plant Engineer team to develop major plant failure strategies. Take ownership of Mechanical Maintenance details within CMMS. Ensure the CMMS (SAP) work histories are updated and maintained with sufficient information allowing log term interrogation. Develop KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Pls (process Indicators) for Mechanical Maintenance section to ensure that the highest performance levels within the areas of HES, quality and duration contributing to the responsible and reliable operation of Qatalum facility.

Qualification: Minimum - Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience: 10-15 years' experience in combined cycle power plant operational or commissioning. Combined cycle mobilization experience is desirable. Excellent leadership qualities.
