Reliability Engineer - Power Plant

To develop, implement and review Condition Monitoring Strategies. Ensure continuous analysis and interpretation of condition monitoring result and updating of preventive maintenance routines as per the requirement. Review requirements for fixed condition monitoring of the plant and prepare justifications for any additional capital systems for monitoring of plant condition on items as generators, transformers, cables, HRSG's, steam systems as well as the main machines.

Monitor and witness factory acceptance tests for major components of plant (gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, BFPs, CW pumps, transformers etc.) Perform statistical analysis one executed maintenance and prepare changes to defined PMs. Oversee the implementation and review of CMMs routines. Ensure the establishment of programs reliability analysis/ systems. Coordinate with smelter's Technical group who will oversee engineering standards across the whole plant (reduction, carbon and cast house areas).

Qualification: Minimum - Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience: 7-10 years' experience in combined cycle power plant operational or commissioning - Combined cycle mobilization experience desirable. Condition monitoring processes experience is a must.
