MS Dynamics Executives - Help Desk

• Should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM, Manufacturing, and Field Service issues.
• MBS CPP-level knowledge of SQL Server administration and Microsoft SQL Server administrator certification is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP Pro, Server 2003, 2008), Terminal Services and Citrix.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and should be willing to travel to divisions overseas.
• Should be able to create and follow policy and procedures.

Qualification: A Degree in any discipline preferably Computer science and or related area is required but a Bachelors Degree in the same fields is desired

Experience: Atleast three years of directly related experience in help desk customer support is required. Dynamics Master Certification will be a plus point.

Location: Coimbatore

Position will be based in Coimbatore and will require to work in flexible schedules to suit remote time zones, Position require excellent verbal and written communication in English.
