Remote Team Lead - Web UI Development
(Code: RTL)

• Experience in Python, HTML, CSS and Javascript is a must.
• Experience in web programming (C/C++, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Jquery), will be a plus and in Javascript libraries - Jqery
• J-Query UL, Bootstrap, etc. Will be an added advantage.
• Should be conversant with Service & client side application code development and in data pipelining, message queues, rules engine and performance optimization
• should be demonstrate expertise in developing interactive, intitive and low latency web applications (AJAX, Apache strongly preferred) with verifying Web UI functionality against specifications is a plus.
• Excellent skills in test automation and bug tracking utilities shall be a plus. Generating software documentation as well as Web UI software is a plus. Creating icons and other graphics as needed using Photoshop or comparable tool is a plus.

Qualification: Degree (MS preferred) in Computer science or Computer/ Electronic Engineering

Experience: 10 years of direct software development experience of which at least 5 years should be in website development (server, database and or embedded experience a plus)., experience ein leading a remote (geographically distributed) software development team including both technical and personnel responsibilities will be an advantage.

Location: Coimbatore

Position will be based in Coimbatore and will require to work in flexible schedules to suit remote time zones, Position require excellent verbal and written communication in English. Training shall be provided in the USA. Experience of working start-ups will be an added advantage.
