Experienced Production Systems Support (IT)
Key Accountability:

Responsible for

• Ensure the efficient running and installation of all IT equipment and network, including specific equipment such as printers, laminators, hologram and laser inscription machines, but not limited by those
• Ensure systems run efficiently with minimum downtime due to systems failure
• The maintenance of security equipment (CCTV, access control and alarm).
• Provide first line support and diagnose faults for IT equipment.
• External suppliers and contractors providing services on site

• Able to speak and write fluently (local language and English)
• "Hands on" experience of IT fault finding techniques (Infra-structure, software and bespoke application links to equipment).
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and SWQL would be a benefit, preferably MS certified and/ or formal networking certification
• Extensive experience using and installing ancillary devices and instruments
• Experience of working in audited facilities for Security, Health & Safety and HR
• Ability to set priorities in a complex environment.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as 1st/2nd line support and desktop trouble shooting. 5 years infra-structure experience and knowledge of computers networks/ servers.
