General Manager - Shared Services Center (Shipping Back Office)

You shall develop short and long-term organization strategies, manage SSC operations and ensure deliverable in compliance with customer agreements and KPI's, develop new business process migration opportunities, keep close contact with all customers across US, Europe, APAC etc. to sustain excellent customer service, upheld quality certifications and facilitate advanced process excellence,m attract industry professional at lower & mid level and retain existing staff. Applicant must be a people person and shall manage a team size of more than 500 staff with 10-15 directly reporting process leaders. You must be good at using latest IT tools to automate the process and mus have basic accounting knowledge. This role involves moderate traveling and shift working, reporting to Country Director.

Qualification: Graduate or Masters with Business management as major subject.

Experience: The incumbent should have 15+ years experience in handling Business Process outsourcing operations & Administrative Functions of which the last 5 years must be into organization/ location lead role into Shipping/ Logistics/ supply chain industry. Knowledge of international trade is a must.
