The company has been retained by The Tintometer Limited, a global manufacturer of water analysis instruments, chemical reagents, colour measurement instruments and consumables (www.lovibond.com). We wish recruit for its India operations:

General Manager - Operations
(Job Code - GMO)

Role: To lead operations in the organisation and ensure that production, administration, and service is continuously improved, managed, planned, coordinated and controlled in accordance with Company policy.

Experience:

• Senior management role in a company manufacturing technically specified products, along with Lean manufacturing experience and Batch production experience
• Preparation of strategic manufacturing plans
• experience in MRP/ ERP systems
• Extensive cross-functional, management experience
• experience in logistics and international supply chains is desirable
• Experience in setting up manufacturing operations/ product lines from scratch will be desirable.

Qualification: University degree in Engineering with Lean manufacturing qualification. Post graduation in Engineering is desirable.
