Education & Certifications:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in a Help-Desk/ Support Center environment
• Graduate in Information Tech. (Degree) or other related discipline required.
• May be Substituted by 6 or more years of experience in a Service Desk/ Call Center environment.
• IT Certificates (VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE with focus on exchange 2010, Cisco CCNP, CCDA, CCIE) preferred.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to communication effectively in English (Spoken and written)
• Windows System Administration (Server 2008, Exchange, DNS, Domain, AD/GPO/OU) - Vmware System Administration (VCP preferred)
• SAN storage experience (Back-ups Disaster Recovery).
• Expertise in Networking (CISco, VPN tunnels, IPSEC, SSL, Security, Telent, Putty)
• Linux, Apache, MySQL, Php, Pleask, IIS
