Recruitment of Graduate Engineers as Officers/Engineers and Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers through GATE-2014

We are looking for energetic and dedicated Graduate Engineers from the following disciplines for recruitment as Officers/Engineers.

Graduate Engineers will also be recruited as Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers from the following disciplines:

Recruitment will be through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2014 for both the positions-Officers/Engineers and Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers.

Basic pay Officers/Engineers-Rs. 24,900-Rs. 50,500 per month
Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers-Rs 20,600-Rs. 46,500 per month
Cost to company Officers/Engineers-Rs. 10,50,000 per annum (approximately)
Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers Rs. 7,00,000 per annum (approximately)

Short listing of candidates for further selection process will be based on GATE-2014 score (GATE score from GATE-2013 or any previous examination is not valid).

Candidates may exercise option to apply for Officers/Engineers or Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers or both.

Final merit will be prepared based on GATE-2014 score and further selection process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates higher on merit will be offered the position of Officers/Engineers and those lower on merit will be offered the position of Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers.

Candidates have to apply Online separately for GATE-2014 and IndianOil. However, candidates can apply for IndianOil only after getting their GATE-2014 registration number. IndianOil's Online application module will be open from 18th December, 2013 to 2nd March, 2014.
