Criteria: Ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering, from a premier institute with minimum 5 years experience with below age of 40 years in a continues process industry lie petrochemical, fertilizer, ceramics, glass, paper and paint. Desire to set high standards of work performance for oneself and others required. Candidates may need to work on rotating shift if required.
