Sr. Manager - Legal
Age Group: 35 to 45 years.
Language Requirement: Fluency in written & spoken English, Hindi & Marathi is compulsory.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating Contracts & Agreements such as Shareholders Agreements, Loan Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Technical Collaborations, MOUS, Land & Property related Agreements, Broad Resolutions, BIMCO , Charter Party etc.
• Review progress of cases and provide briefs, updated to Senior Counsel & Management
• Review and advise Management on Company policies, practices, procedures and Corporate Compliances to relevant statutory Acts
• Liaise with Government and Municipal Authorities for obtaining & maintain NOC's, Permits, licenses etc.

• In-depth knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of Company Law, RBI & FEMA regulations
• Ability to provide independent legal advice to management
• Good planning, organizational and managerial skills
• Strong work ethics & ability to meet tight deadlines &
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Legal Research Software and Internet is a necessity.

Qualification: Masters in Law from premier Law College/ University is a necessity

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Legal field in leading organizations
