A reputed Trustee Company with nationwide presence is hiring professionals in middle/ senior management level

Legal
Job Role:

• Drafting/ Vetting of finance and security documents for working capital finance, term loans etc.
• Title investigation
• Advising on structuring of transaction and security creation
• Perfection of security by making necessary filings with RoC and Central Registry

Qualification: LL.B/ LL.M from recognised university

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the relevant field viz., Security/ Securitisation/ Escrow/ Debentures/ Bonds/ Share Pledge - Trusteeship Business

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with the nature, exposure and number of years of relevant experience in the respective function.

Skill Sets:

• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, trust laws, property laws, contracts, banking law & practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
