Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd., the 100 year old pharma company is expanding both domestically and internationally as a result of increased DMF/ ANDAs fillings. We have a n aggressive plan to file P IV/ FTF molecules in newer therapies. Alembic Research Center, our state-of-the-art facility, employs advanced analytical techniques using hyphenated instruments viz. - LC-MS, GC-MS, PXRD, DSC, TGA, CE, in addition to more than forty HPLCs and six GCs. We are looking for

Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive/ Executive-IPR (API)
Responsibilities include patent analysis reports, prior art search, suggestive patent analysis, infringement analysis, invalidation of patents, freedom to operate analysis, patent ability analysis, Paragraph IV case analysis, patent drafting and internal and external technical communication.

Qualification: Candidates should be M.Sc (Chemistry) preferably with formal training in IPR.

Experience: 2-8 years of experience.
