Senior Manager-Operations
Highways and Transportation Systems Industry

Position:
Will be responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of IRDSA operations including Project Management, Field services, Operations planning, Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement.

Must have excellent technical and managerial skills and the agility to train and mentor technical and project staff in the effective completion of the assigned task and objectives.

Be able to develop the skills of high team members in order to encourage their personal growth and fulfillment of their career potential.
Should be able to maintain effective and efficient relationship with all other departments including Finance, HR and Sales.

Must have good personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have experience of working with ISO or equivalent standards.
Age: 40-45 years.

Qualification: Should be B.Tech-Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical or Systems Engineering degree (Master of science preferred).

Experience: Must have minimum 10 years technical experience in the development and deployment of technology solutions, preferably in the transportation industry within at least 5 years technical managerial experience in position of increased responsibility.
