The institute is seeking applicants in the 25-40 age group with PhD in functional areas of Management or allied fields of Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Humanities, Mathematics, Communication, Language studies etc. The candidate should be enthusiastic about joining an academic community located in a peaceful, verdant, rural atmosphere, passionate about research, teaching and engaging practitioners in consulting and MDPs. Previous corporate/entrepreneurial background will be a plus. The job includes assistance to students in consulting with the SME/tiny sector, shared admin work etc.
