*Management Training Programme (MTP)
For Resonance Non-Academic Division: for Fresh Post-Graduate management students to get trained for Management Positions in various divisions (Operations/Business Development/Human Resource/Finance Et Accounts/General Management).
Position: Management Trainee (MT)
Age & Experience: Age should not be more than 25 years as on 01.04.2013. Freshers/Experienced candidates may apply.
Training Areas Management Division (Business Development, Business Strategy, Human Resource, Operations, Finance & Accounts, General, Management)
Edu. Qualification: Two Year Regular MBA/PGDBM or equivalent from a recognized university
Training Duration: 6 Months
Remuneration: Remuneration during MTP will be Rs. 12,500/- gross per month as stipend and after MTP it will be according to the during MTP.

Resonance's Faculty Training Programme (FTP) is the most acclaimed, innovative, pioneering & sought after initiative in the field of academics with an aim to train & develop Young & Dynamic Faculty Team for the students preparing for competitive examinations.

For Pre-Engineering Division   
For Resonance Yearlong Classroom Contact Programme (YCCP) of JEE (Main & Advanced)) Division for teaching classes X, XI, XII & XII Passed.
Position: Associate Lecturer Trainee
Age & Experience: Age should not be more than 28 years as on 01.04.2013. Freshers may also apply.
Subject(s): Physics, Chemistry & Maths
Edu. Qualification: Engineering/Technology Graduate from any of the IITs/NITS/Premier Engineering College or Science Post Graduate (with PCM up to 10+2 Level) & having excellent Academic Record.
Training Duration: Six Months at Pre-Engineering Division, Kota Study Centre
Remuneration: Remuneration during FTP will be Rs. 40,000/- per month for IITians, and Rs. 30,000/- per month for Non-IITians as stipend & after FTP it will be according to the performance during FTP.

For Pre-Medical Division

Remuneration: Remuneration during FTP will be Rs. 35,000/- per month for MD/Ph. D & above candidates, Rs. 30,000/- per month for MBBS and Rs. 25,000/- per month as stipend for other candidates & after FTP it will be according to the performance during FTP

For Pre-Foundation Career Care Programme Division (PCCP)
For Resonance Pre-foundation Career Care Programme (PCCP) Division for teaching classes VII, VIII, IX, X various competitive exams at school level (Olympiad, KVPY & NTSE).
Position: Teaching Assistant Trainee
Age & Experience: Age should not be more than 28 years as on 01.04.2013. Freshers may also apply.

Edu. Qualification: Science/Engineering/Technology/Post Graduate/Graduate in the relevant field   
Training Duration: Two Months at PCCP Division, Kota Study Centre
Remuneration: Remuneration during training will be Rs. 12,500/- gross per month as stipend there after it will be according to the Performance during training.

Selection process will consist of Level-1:- Written Test and Level-2:- Demo Round (*PPT Round in case of Management Positions) followed rued by HR interview. (Only short-listed candidates will be called for written test to be held at our own study centers located at Agra I Ajmer I Ahmedabad I Bhopal I Bhubaneswar I Delhi I Indore I Jaipur I Jodhpur I Kolkata I Kota I Lucknow I Mumbai I Nagpur I Patna I Sikar and Udaipur.
