Head of Finance
The world's premier manufacturer of components and systems for injectable drug delivery, including stoppers and seals for vials, and components used in syringe, IV and blood collection systems is seeking an experienced finance professional to head the Finance Department for its new plant in Sri City, near Tada, A.P 60 Km from Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financials in accordance with US GAAP, Indian GAAP, and other requirements as needed.
• Provide management accounting support for the plant and the sales office including analysis of actual costs vs budget, production variances, costing of products and pricing
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead and develop the Finance & MIS team
• Responsible for tax matters of the legal entity, ensuring that the appropriate tax filings for corporate income tax, value kidded taxes are completed.
• Review and monitor cash flow requirements and capital expenditure forecast.

• Good working knowledge of Indian Tax system. Previous exposure to Special Economic Zone requirements preferable
• Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft software
• Hands on person, ability to work independently and perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification: University degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification in Accountancy. Good working knowledge of US GAAP and Indian GAAP.

Experience: At least 10 years relevant commercial accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
