Their Global Engineering/IT/Helpdesk support division which is located in Coimbatore is expanding its IT Support and Help Desk team.
Help Desk Engineer
Deliver technical customer support over the phone in a call center environment; identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical (hardware and Software) computer-related problems; make the distinction between Level One and Level Two end-user problems; identify, evaluate and solve end-user workstation problems; support and train end-users in a wide range of software applications as needed; read, understand and apply complex technical information; master new computer technology; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population of our Clients.
Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years, working in an environment to cover GMT/EST/PST Time Zones.
Should be fluent in spoken and written English and should be able to converse with the teams based out of clients' factories in USA, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
