Communication For Development Specialist
Under the direct supervision of the Programme Management, the incumbent will be responsible to lead the design, management, monitoring and evolution of strategic communication for behavior and community-lead social change communication strategies in support of the India Country Programme, with specific focus on the state of Utter Pradesh.
Training in media and communication with experience in strategic communication planning for behavior development/ social mobilization/ advocacy/ participatory communication/ development and production of creative materials/ research, training or facilitation of communication/ impact evaluation of communication interventions required.
Qualification: Minimum Advanced university degree in the Social/ Behavioral Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Health, Education or other field related to the Work of UNICEF).
Experience: Minimum five year's of progressively responsible work experience in the design, planning and management of strategic communication programmes. Experience in inter-disciplinary approach in strategic communication with knowledge of UN and/ or UNICEF's work in humanitarian action an asset.
