General Manager-R&D
An out of box thinker and self motivated achiever; familiar with REACH and IPR. Should have techno-commercial flair to convert R&D in a profitable Profit Centre. Must possess strong EQ and effective leadership qualities.

Qualification: PH.D in Organic Chemistry.

Experience: Demonstrated successful track record in Chemical research of 18-20 years or more having identified, developed and commercialized new compounds; led a large team of researchers with annual R&D budget of Rs. 10 million or more.

Salary: Remuneration shall not be a constraint for right candidate.

Good Communication skills and team playing ability with strong EQ are expected.
