Communication for Development Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical advice to the Government counterparts as well as support in the provision of technical advisory serves to the UNICEF State Office on the empowerment and participation of Adolescents in development process.
Qualification: Minimum Master's degree from a recognized University in the social/ behavioral sciences including sociology, Anthropology, Psychology and Health Education with emphasis on strategic communication planning for behavior development, social mobilization, participatory communication, and research.
Experience: At least 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience in social development including project administration, monitoring and evaluation, with practical experience in the Specific experience with adolescents and HIV prevention is highly desirable.
Location: New Delhi
