Walk-in-Interview

Walk-in-Interview will be held at NRCAF - Jhansi for the following positions under below mentioned project. Eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling all the requirements should bring their application giving full details of academic records and experience (s) along with attested photocopies as well as original copy of the relevant documents and a passport size photograph.

Name of the Project: National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture "Assessment of carbon sequestration potential of selected agroforstry system"

Senior Research Fellow

Duration: Upto March 2013

Desirable:

• Good knowledge in computer Data recording and data analysis.
• Ability to assist in research and in conduct of field work.

No. of Posts: 3

Qualification: Essential - Master degree in Agricultural Statistics/ Agronomy Forestry relevant subject with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point.

Location: Jhansi

Salary: Emoluments Rs. 16000/- PM + HRA for the 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 18000/- PM Plus HRA for the 3rd year.

Date of Interview: 29th December 2012 at 11 am

Terms & Conditions:

• The above position(s) is/are purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project.
• Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
• The place of work will be at NRCAF - Jhansi
• No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Canvassing in any from will disqualify the candidature.
• The candidates, if employed, should bring No objection certificate from the employer/ university.
• The candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before the scheduled time on the data of interview for necessary formalities.
• The Director's/ PI's decision will be final and binding in all respects.
