Senior Manager
With great communication skills, passion and zeal to excel.

Accounts & Finance
To spearhead business and financial planning. To plan, monitor and invigilate all accounting process from start to end.

Operations (Transactional)
Focus on customer service and operational risk management. Quality control, time bound completion through planning, monitoring and execution.

Human Resource
Finding, growing, and nurturing human resource and talent to meet the phenomenal growth of the organisation. Design performance review and training programs. A mentor and should be able to motivate and carry the entire team.

Marketing
Developing and implementing the overall department marketing strategy, plan and budget. Establish metrics to measure effectiveness for allocation of resources.

Infrastructure
Projects feasibility study, conceptual, plan, design and coordinate right from start to completion from survey to quality control. Cost effective execution in the time frame with technical supervision of all civil works. In-charge of development, construction, finalisation of tenders/ contracts & vendor management.

Legal
Land documents preliminary inspection, due diligence, statutory compliance documentation to liaison with various Government departments. Managing all legal affairs including representing the company in judicial/ quasi judicial proceedings.

Administration
Should be resourceful in executing administrative tasks like setting up offices. Branches, franchises & collection centers cross the global. Formulate cost effective quality management system. Technical supervision of facility management & effective vendor management.

Experience: 5-10 years
