Head of Commercial & Marketing Function
For their Marble Division

Should possess a strong leadership, team-building and communication skills

Job responsibilities include:

• Developing long-term marketing strategies
• Developing branding strategies for all the various products
• Develop and manage the Company's digital marketing strategy
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and revising marketing plans as and when required
• Exploring ways of improving the Company's market share by making customer focused decisions
• Developing wide spread dealer-network and managing the relationship with dealers and customers for domestic and international markets
• Developing and managing relationship with various top architects and designers
• Managing the Sales and the Logistic functions to achieve the set targets

Qualification: Should possess Master's Degree in Marketing from any reputed University.

Experience: Should have an experience of not less than 15 years in the relevant field, out of which, at least 5 years of experience in a decision making position. Experience in product branding in the stone markets is mandatory. Should have an experience in working with various architects and designers. Exposure to global markets is mandatory.
