Siebel Developer
Job Description: Individual should be strong in Siebel configuration and Siebel Workflow. In depth understanding of Siebel application. (Call Center, Field Service or equivalent). Should have worked on Siebel 7 & Siebel 8.0 versions and Oracle 10G. Should be able to perform Siebel Application Administration tasks like LOV Administration, Creating Responsibilities, View, PDQs, Should be able to perform Server administration tasks like Monitoring Server Components, Tasks, and Repeating Component Requests, restarting Siebel server, checking log file, database extract ect Should be able to use TOAD/ Microsoft SQL tool to write Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Should be familiar with Siebel Order Management, Call center functionality. Also should have good understanding of functionality of Service Request, Contact, Account, Activities screen. Create and maintain documentation on changes made to the system. Monitor Server Components, Tasks, and Repeating Component Requests as a part daily server checklist.

Experience: 4-5 years, Experience in Siebel Tools configuration like BC, Applet, Views, BO, and Pick list including Scripting, Workflows and Business Services, Siebel server Administration/ Architect, Siebel EAI Administration/ Configuration.
