Job Profile:

• Handle US IT Recruitment
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and placement of full range of software engineering, IT and management candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct hire positions.
• Recruit and interview candidates for permanent and contract positions with corporate clients throughout the US.
• Source and recruit candidates using extensive Internet sources job portals and networking. Interview candidates to determine skills and criteria for their job search.
• Recruiting, interviewing, pre-qualifying, consistently course and deliver candidates with difficult/ ctrical skills sets.
• Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies.
• Abel to deliver on a high volume basis.
• Involves excellent strong Analytical, Business, Interpersonal skills.
• Established rapport and level of trust with identified candidates throughout the screening, submittable, and placement process.

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to understand various software technologies for shortlisting most suitable candidate.
• Well versed with employment visas & transfer processes like w2, 1099, H1B etc. 5. Familiarty using recruitment tools such as Dice, Monster, Centralist and Linked.
• Ready to work in US shift (Night Shift - CSAT/ EST/PST).
• Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills.
• A self starter and highly motivated individual to excel in the job.
• Results-oriented with a “Can do” attitude.
• Self disciplined with a positive attitude.

Experience: 2-7 years experience of minimum 2 years in recruiting IT professionals in US
