Client Servicing, Account Manager
(Preferably from Advertising Agency)

Job Desc:

1. Acts as link between client and the operations team.
2. Guide ideation for strategic solution on brands.
3. Drive creative with a clear brief and understanding of clients objective.
4. Responsible for all activities that are being performed on their accounts and being the final decision maker for all important documentation/ deliverables before they go to a client. This includes: creatives, budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables etc.
5. Coordinate and authorize quotations for client approval & assists in preparation of clients invoice.
6. Ensures prompt collection of account receivables and ensures that they don’t exceed the given limits.
7. Prepares month-end overviews of clients current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts.
8. Supervise and motivate the whole team of Matrix.
9. Exposure to organize different events and campaigns
10. Business Development will also be a part of the profile

Experience: 2-7 years
