Civil Matters

A) Lease & Tenancy Dept.: Knowledge in: Tenancy, lease, leave & license laws. Landlord and Tenant disputes, fixation of valuation, mesne profit determination, Drafting, various tax implications (e.g.-property tax, surcharge, service tax, etc..)
Senior Advocate - 1: Experience 10 years and above. Junior Advocate - 1: Experience 3 years and above.

B) Property Documentation Matters

a) Land Purchase: Knowledge in: Land Laws, Title Papers, Devolution of Title, Searches, Disputes relating Title, Ceiling, acquisitions and other land problems, Drafting purchase documents including Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Venture Agreements, Power of Attorney, possession letter, etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1; Experience 12 years and above. 2) Junior Advocate-1; Experience 5 years and above.

b) Flat/Plot Sales, Marketing & After Sales: Knowledge in: Plot Sale, Flat Sale, Formation of Owners Association, West Bengal Apartment Ownership Acts, Laws involved in Flat sale & Plot sale. Drafting Flat Sale Documents including Agreements, Allotment Letters, Possession, Power of Attorney, Brochures, loan, mortgage and Banking documents, etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1; Experience 12 years and above. 2) Junior Advocate-1; Experience 5 years and above.

c) Surveyors & Draftsman: Senior LBS/LBA-1 Knowledge in: Building rules, auto cad, various kind of land area calculations, land survey-all methods, building survey etc.

C) Land-Property Compliances & Land Litigations: Knowledge in: Land and Property laws, including municipal laws, panchayat act, building laws. Mutation, Conversion, Amalgamation, statutory compliances, litigations relating to land laws, Acquisition, requisition, Town & Country Planning, KMDA, KIT, LRTT, proceedings before BLLRO, ADM-LR, LA, ULC, Thika, Municipal Tax, etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1; Experience 12 years and above. 2) Junior Advocate -1; Experience 5 years and above.

D) Other Drafting & Conveyance Jobs Knowledge in: Preparation of other misc. & corporate documents, partnership deeds, Trust Deed, Society Bye-laws, Co-operative, appointment of consultants, contractors, artists, staffs, suppliers, dealers, distributors, retailers, etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1; Experience 12 years and above. 2) Junior Advocate-1; Experience 5 years and above.

E) Civil Suits:-
a) Marketing Force & Customer Dispute/s: Knowledge in: All Civil Laws, Money Suits, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation, Consumer Forum, Legal Notices & giving Replies, perusing papers and identifying disputes and resolving the same, etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1: Experience 15 years and above. 2) Junior Advocate-1: Experience 7 years and above.

b) High Court, Original & Appellate Side: Knowledge in: All Civil Laws, CPC, Money Suits, Commercial Disputes, Original Side Rules, Appellate Side Rules, Letter's Patent, Arbitration, Consumer Forum, Appeal, Revision, Writs, Organizing papers, Preparing, List of Dates, Sorting out facts and points from pleadings, preparing brief, Drafting, co-ordination with counsels, attending hearing, obtaining upto date copies etc.
1) Senior Advocate-1: Experience 12 years and above. 2) Clerk-1: Experience 7 years and above.

c) Lower Courts-Civil: Knowledge in: All Civil Laws, CPC, Civil Rules & Orders, Courts, Money Suits, Commercial Disputes, Evidence, Appeal, Arbitration, Consumer Forum. Organizing papers, preparing List of Dates, Sorting out facts and points from pleadings, preparing brief, Drafting, co-ordination with counsels, keeping dates, attending hearing, obtaining upto date copies.
1) Senior Advocate-1: Experience 10 years and above. 2) Clerk-1: Experience 5 years and above.
