Senior Manager – Career Management Centre (CMC)
Weschool has a 100% placement record for several. To strengthen our Career Management Centre, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Management Professional with specialization in Marketing / Finance / Operations / Human Resources or Information Technology.

The applicant must have excellent current and potential networking relationships with recruiting organizations in India and overseas. The role involves facilitating execution of the Institute’s Campus Placement Process and arranging quality short duration interships and final placement for students at entry and leteral level positions.

The profile will also involve actively engaging with students in career guidance initiatives. Pitching to new organizations while continuing to nurture existing relationships and extensive networking will be an important aspect of the profile.

The applicant must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizing and administrative capabilities with an ability to build strong associations in the corporate and employment ecosystems for the Institute.

The applicant must be a team player and flexible to emerging requirements form the profile. The applicant should necessarily be well versed with us of Internet & MS Office applications and participate in all the activities of the CMC.

Qualification: A Postgraduate from a reputed institute

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in connecting students with potential employers, of which at least two years should be at a Managerial level.
