Senior Management Trainees

The candidates will be recruited as senior Management Trainees and after 2 years, will be placed at 2nd lead positions in various functional departments as well as in cross-functional areas. Thereafter their growth will be fast  tracked within the group companies. In 5-6 years, the candidates will be expected to lead various functions within group companies.

Qualification: You must be graduate / post graduate in Engineering & Technology (Mechanical / Production / Chemical / Petrochemicals / Textile / Plastic & Polymer / Similar Streams) or A CA / ICWA / or An MBA with specialization in Operations / Marketing / Finance / HR / IT & Systems.

Experience: At least 2 years of work experience

What do you require?
If you are graduate Engineer, you require at least 2 years of work experience and if you are post graduate / CA / ICWA, you require at least 1 year of work experience.

Your age must be within 24-28 years.
