Zero Microfinance and Savings Support Foundation (ZMF), an Affiliate of ALW works as a Business Correspondent (BC) of multiple banks to create the last mile deployment of banking services in villages. ZMF manages the field force, account creation, appointment of Customer Service Points (CSPs), management of cash &front ends the delivery of full featured transactional services for financial inclusion on behalf of banks including State Bank of India.

Senior Manager-Accounts
B.Com/ M.Com/ CA with 5-7 years of expertise in Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Budgeting, Audit & Banking. Candidates having less experience can apply for Jr. Manager/ Executive Position.

Senior Manager-Human Resources
HR professional with 10 years or more experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Performance appraisal & Monitoring, Compensation & Reward, Payroll, Training & Development & Employee relations.

Technical Manager
A technical professional (BE/BTech) with 6-8 years experience in designing and architecting solutions. Needs to be extremely technical and proficient in Java and databases. Familiarity with other technologies like .Net, J2Me and C.

Executive-Customer Support
A person with Graduate or Diploma with computer knowledge minimum having 2-3 years of working experience in customer support must having excellent communication skills with customers & understanding of banking process is also preferred.

Senior Manager-Administration & Facilities
A Senior professional with 8-10 years experience in handling multiple Office locations, Inventory, Procurement, Corporate Travel, Vendors, Office Building & its Facilities, Telecom facilities and Insurance of Company's Assets.

Senior Project Manager
A person with PMP certification with at least 8-10 years of experience in managing technical/ software projects.

Manager/ Team Leader-Back End Operations
A person with B. E. computer Science/ MCA having 5 years of experience of My SQL/ SQL, with 2 years experience as Manager & must be having excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Banking process. Candidates having less experience can apply for Executive Position.

Field Sales & Service Executives
Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in service industry with sales experience. This is a field job requires traveling on daily basis in Mumbai & upcountry markets.
