Graduate with 8-15 years of rich experience in land acquisition, liaison and coordination with Central/State Government, Revenue authorities for obtaining clearances and approvals. Strong interpersonal skills and conversant with Land Acquisition Acts of National/State Highways and statutory formalities.

Project Manager [Job Code: PM/02]
B.E. / B.Tech Civil with 18-23 years of rich experience in planning, monitoring, execution, supervision, land acquisition and clearance / approvals on major National Highway Projects. Should be a good communicator with strong leadership skills.

Highway / Structural / Construction Engineers [Job Code: HS/03]
B.E. / B.Tech preferably M.E/M. Tech Civil with 6-13 years of core Highways/Structural experience in execution, monitoring and supervision with knowledge on MORT&G, IRC and IS Specifications.

Planning and QS Engineers [Job Code: PQS/04]
B.E. / B.Tech Civil with 6-15 years of experience on planning, monitoring, DPR's, and QS. Should be well versed with all technical specifications and contractual documents cost estimation / Claims. Hands on experience in MIS and variance analysis/MS Project and Primavera will be an added advantage.

Design Engineers (Highway / Pavement / Structure) [Job Code: DHS/05]
B.E. / B.Tech Preferably M.E. / M.Tech Civil with 6-23 years experience in designing, reviewing of Highway, Pavement & Structural Designs in NH / should projects. Strong technical knowledge of carious IRC Codes, MORTH&H IS Specifications. Experience in designs software will be an added advantage.

QA / QC Engineers [Job Code: QC/06]
B.E. / B.Tech Civil with 6-15 years of experience in preparations of QA Manual, all kind of quality control field and lab tests and knowledge in mix designs as per IS codes. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, check, audit and control of NCR's. Minimum 5 years experience in QC activities on National Highways is preferable.
