Against each position are the skills and responsibilities that a candidates must be proficient in apart from its general requirements.

Graphic Designer (5-8 years experience) Assisting Creative Director in translating business concepts into market collaterals. Multitasking, developing design briefs, ideating and innovating. Must have worked with printers, copywriters, designers and photographers.

Fashion Merchandiser (8-10 years experience) Fabric and textile selection. Development, maintenance of sales spreadsheets, inventory data. Transferring of products from designer/ manufacturer to consumer. Assessing changing needs, style trends, conceptualizing promo campaigns, ad campaigns. Devising marketing strategies. Supervising creation of store, visual displays, tracking store profits. Must know CAD.

Hard Goods Merchandiser (8-10 years experience) Product development, new developments and sampling. Developing suitable vendors. Sourcing developing mills and fabric suppliers (India & Overseas). Costing, price negotiations, confirming orders with Indian / Overseas vendors. On-time deliveries and complete vendor management.

Legal/ Company Secretary (IPR) (7-8 years experience) in-depth knowledge of Trademark Act, Copyright Act, Patent Law, Designs Act. Intellectual Property laws. Liaising with intellectual property regulatory departments for registration, protection of Intellectual Property. Drafting, vetting of commercial agreements. Preparing Directors' report, Corporate governance report. Maintaining various Statutory Registrars as required under the Companies Act. 1956.

Import, Export Logistics Manager (7-8 years experience) Monitoring quality, quantity, cost efficiency of the movement, storage and warehousing of goods across markets. Logistics administration, monitor export movement in Europe and the world. Ensure supply chain complies with appropriate Federal Regulations. Deal with end to end logistical operations, inventory planning, overseas purchasing. Execute mark downs, return to vendors, salvage and all operational functions.

Textile Merchandiser (8-10 years experience) Sourcing and purchase of home textile, home décor, garments from inquiry to shipment. Placing orders, negotiating payment, delivery, quality / quantity requirement to factory, trading company. Handling logistics related matters with shipping department. Handling full-cycle exporting procedure.

Head Designer - Textile (8-10 years experience) Knowledge of materials processes: crust, pattern making. Manufacturing process. Sourcing fabrics, materials, Sketching, technical drawing. Overseeing of production process. Creating innovative designs for product development. Understanding different markets. Designers. Liaising with clients. Technical, marketing, buying staff to plan, develop designs. Skills in (CAD), Photoshop, Digital Design. Preferably an NID graduate.
