Communication for Development Specialist
The Incumbent will be responsible to lead the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of strategic communication for behavior and community-led social change communication strategies in support of the India country programme., with specific focus on the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Health, Education, or other fields related to work of Unicef. Degree or training in media and communication with experience in strategic communication planning for behavior development / social mobilization / advocacy / participatory communication / development and production of creative materials / research, training or facilitation of communication / impact evaluation of communication interventions required. Five years of progressively responsible work experience in the design, planning and management of strategic communication programmes. Experience and knowledge of programme communication design and implementation for behavior and social change, social mobilization and advocacy. Experience in inter-disciplinary approach humanitarian action.
