Will be responsible to lead the Company by developing, implementing & monitoring appropriate business strategies to meet business goals and to take the Organization to greater heights. Should have sound technical knowledge and develop Marketing Programs. Must have worked at a senior position CEO/COO in allied industry.

Director (Finance & Accounts) - NCR / Gurgaon
(Exp. 10-18 yrs. C.A with additional qualification preferred - CTC 15-20 lacs p.a)
Expertise in handling IPO, merger merger acquisition; corporate Finance; preparation of project reports; working with Financial Institutional / Banks pertaining to Term Loans / working capital limits, well versed with corporate laws and working of FEMA, SEBI, ROC, RBI, Stock Exchange, Trade Marks.

VP / GM Business Development Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
(Experience 8-15 yrs. - CTC 10-18 lacs p.a.)
Should have considerable experience in smart card industry technologies as well as commercial and technical knowledge. Develop Business opportunities in State with a focus on Government, responsible for liaison with Clients, Government officials, local authorities, keep track of opportunities still in planning stages. Good in Business Development, tendering, bidding of Smart Card Industry.

Company Secretary - NCR / Gurgaon
(Experience CS With 8-10 Yrs. CTC-6-10 Lacs p.a.)
Must have expertise in handling IPO procedures, sound knowledge of latest SEBI laws / organizing professional board meetings.

GM / VP Legal-LLB - NCR / Gurgaon
(Experience 8-10 Yrs. CTC-9-12 Lacs p.a.)
Expertise with Company Law compliances, drafting of plaints, affidavits. Joint ventures agreements, indemnity bonds, agreements, memorandum of understanding and Power of Attorney. Should have handled IPO.
