Senior Manager - Events, Location: New Delhi
Job Profile: Raise funds through events & expand Plan India's events vertical to meet the business plan numbers. Develop and execute at least 4 Plan India fund raising event (including one mega Plan India event) and at least 3 events with Plan as a preferred charity partner. Must be a Post Graduate with 10+ Years experience in Events/ Advertising / Business Development.

Senior Manager - Corporate Partnership, Location: New Delhi
Job Profile: Raise funds through corporate partnerships and support the Director - Marketing & Fund raising in expanding Plan India's fund raising department to ensure that business plan targets are achieved. Developing & maintaining the corporate database Sign up at least 5 new corporate partnerships every year and grow the existing partnership base by 15% each in terms of Fund raising value. Must be a Post Graduate with 10 years + experience in Marketing / Key Account Management / Business Development

Web Manager, Location: New Delhi
Job Profile: Responsible for developing and executing Plan India's digital marketing strategy including online - social media marketing and website, Including mobile marketing and any other digital marketing platforms; Responsible for entire operations of website and achieving the Business Plan objectives for the website. Desired experience: 7-9 Years in web related/ Social Media / Website development.

Coordinator - Donor Acquisition, Location: New Delhi
Job Profile: Raise funds through individual donors to support the Sr. Manager - individual Fund raising in expanding Plan India's fund raising department to ensure that the business plan targets are achieved. Experience: 5-7 Years experience in sales / NGO/ Business Development in raising significant funds from individual donors. Hands on experience in channel management (mandatory) and new initiatives.
