Balance Scorecard Data Administrator

Qualifications, Experience and skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Science / Commerce plus additional qualification in IT / System related.
• Minimum 5 years experience in same field. Written and verbal communications skills. *Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Knowledge of database systems is usually required.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the information needs for the business objectives and implementing appropriate data capturing procedures.
• Recognizing and extracting Balanced Scorecard *BSC) related from ERP & other applications and being able to interpret and express those data in a business context.
• Extracting web based Business information and presenting them in the form of reports (Periodic & ad hoc).
• Perform data analysis required by Strategic Planning Department (BSC & Others).
• Creating reports (Excel & Power Pint).
• Follow up and co-ordination with all departments on BSCX related matters. Proper maintenance of all BSC documents (Target sheets, Objectives templates, MOM, BSC presentations etc.)

Maintenance Department

Power System Engineer

• Will lead and provide front line technical support to the electrical maintenance team for Main Sub-station, to ensure availability of power supply to all the plants and necessary electrical sub-division sub-station.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of Main sub-station system with in depth knowledge of EHV (220, 132 KV, 66 KV), MV (33 KV, 11 KV & 6.6 KV) and low voltage power supply system including voltage sources controlled compensation system, diesel diesel engine emergency generator, power distribution equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, etc.) and SCADA System, PLC / Siemens knowledge and EAF backgroud.

Qualification & other skills:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering, 10 years experience in Main sub-station Power Distribution System.
• Experience: minimum 5-7 years experience in the respective area.
• English language (Reading, Writing & Reporting).
• Good Analytical Agility and troubleshooting skills.
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Package and EPR).

Rolling Mill Department

Head of Roll Shop
Minimum 8 yrs. of experience in Roll Shop of rebar production with excellent knowledge of Roll Shop operation, activities, trouble shooting and developing new work procedures with available resources. Experience in CNC Machining Activities, Roll Pass Designing, Organizing Spares, Preparation of Roll Inventory and analyzing the Roll shop related Mill Problems in production line Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills. Project handling experience, providing technical specification, performing techno-commercial evaluation, co-ordination with vendors, participating in review meeting and evaluating the project progress is essential. Experience in annual budget preparation and material management planning is required. In depth knowledge on material quality management system like ISO 9002 is important. Technical sound to optimizing the cost and reducing the maintenance cost by proper planning and execution. Train the team to improve their skills and lead them in a positive and safe working environment. Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering. Excellent computer knowledge (MS office, EPR etc.) and communication skills. Age between 30-45 years.

Spare Parts Controllers
Possess planning skills, analytical, Self-motivation and initiation. Possess Documentation, Record and Reporting skills. Issuing, handling and monitoring of Rolling Mill maintenance spares parts, tools & consumables. Tendering, Commercial Evaluation and inspection of spare parts. Prepare work order on a monthly or daily basis as per the Rolling Mill operation. Prepare and monitoring work request to CAD design, Central Repair Shop or Procurement section. Prepare and check drawings prior to purchase requisition by maintenance planning. Communicate with Rolling Mill, Shops and Operation Sections for daily requirements of spare parts. Issuance and monitor production consumables such as Hot-Rolled wire, Tag & Cast Roll / TC-Rings etc. knowledge about spare parts management, much preferable in Rolling Mill. Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, EPR etc.)

Roll Builders
Experience in Roll assembling and disassembling, overhauling of roll neck bearing, stand preparation, guiding device assembling / overhauling. Knowledge in spare parts management is desirable.

Roll Lathe Operators
Experience in operating Roll Lathe machines. Should have requisite knowledge / experiences in CNC machine as well as copy lathe machine. Experience in Chattering of different cutting tools. Experience in notching operation.

Finishing Operators
Experience in rolling process (H/V stands / conventional /Twist type). Caliber and roll changes. Setting of guiding devices, pass the adjustment, troubleshooting during cobble, defective products etc. should have experience in sample collecting, inspection and quality control of bars / rod.

Reheating Furnace Operators
Experience in bar mill in furnace operation. Specific knowledge and understanding of both equipment of process operation for different types of reheating furnace (mainly walking hearth and walking bean types). Knowledge of equipment and / or process parameters and controls for reheating furnaces. Knowledge of Operating, Safety procedures and standards for reheating furnace operation. Ability to read technical drawings. Capability of doing required analysis.

Qualification required for Spare Parts and Rolling Mill Operators: Should have minimum 5 years experience in rolling mills operation. Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, EPR etc.). Knowledge of speed calculation and tension control of rebars rolling mills. Written and spoken English is a must. Age between 25-35 years.
