We have more than 700 employees working across India. To strengthen out team in Chennai, we are looking for:

Thermal Performance Engineers
Engineering experience in Thermal design of coal, oil and gas fired boilers, metal temperature desgin & material selection, circulation design, sizing of performance equipment and boiler house auxiliaries.

Boiler BOP / Package Equipment Engineers
Engineering experience in preparation of specification, evaluation of bids, technical recommendations and vendor documents review for various Boiler house auxiliaries such as coal feeders, mills, Esp, fans, Airheater, sootblowers, dampers etc.

Pressure Parts Engineers
Should have experience in Large capacity Industrial boilers or Utility Boiler Pressure part Detailed Engineering, code calculations such IBR & ASME. Priority will be given for the candidates having Basic knowledge in Pressure part stress and Piping analysis.

Boiler Mechanical Engineers
Should have experience in Design of Boiler Framing, Boiler Restraints, Boiler sling sizing, thermal movement and flue & duct mechanical design.

Structural Steel Engineers
Should have experience in Boiler structure Framing Philosophies, Design techniques and relevant codes of practice for the boiler supporting structures, Boiler house cladding structures, coal bunkers and their supporting structures, environmental loading calculations, computer modeling, member sizing and detailed design of connections.

Boiler Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineers
Should have experience in making datasheet / Specification for instruments, engineering and design of BMS, open loop and modulating controls, experience of working in utility boiler projects and working knowledge in Smartplant Instrumentation will be preferred. Should have experience in preparing specification / datasheet for MV and LV motors, design of MCC, preparation of cable schedule, lighting layout and schedule, Lightening protection and grounding scheme.

2D / 3D Graphical Layout Engineers
Should have knowledge on boiler and associated plant layout, including draught plant, combustion, C & I, civil and structural, insulation, refractory, coal, ash and dust plant handling.

Piping Engineers
Experience in Piping design & layout with knowledge in national and international codes applicable for power piping. Knowledge on piping analysis using Ceasar / Auto Pipe is essential. Experience in power or petrochemical industry is preferred.

Boiler Refractory and Insulation Engineers
Experience in design and application of refractory systems appropriate to large power generating plant. Also knowledge on design and application of Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Systems appropriate to large power generating plant installations.

For all the above positions, Qualification: Minimum B.E Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / any other related branch, Years of Experience: Open. Utility boiler experience is highly desirable for the above positions.

Draftspersons / Designers
Qualification: Diploma holder in Engineering with proficiency in AutoCAD/Tekla/Autodesk Inventor/Equivalent Softwares. Experience: Open. Drafting Experience in Boiler, Pressure parts, Flues and Dusts, Layout, Structural and Piping is highly desirable.

Project Managers
Should have track record in role of project Manager executing multidisciplined EPC project from inception through completion.

Project Commercial and Contracts Manager
Sound knowledge of EPC project execution and hands on experience in Projects commercials, Invoicing to Clients, Project Budget preparation, Project Risk Analysis, Contractual / Statutory requirements, projects revenue, EPC project Taxation requirements etc.

Project Planning & Scheduling Manager
Good knowledge in Multidisciplinary Planning and scheduling, Monitoring & Control of all the activities of EPC Projects. Knowledge of Forecasting the Project performance, Experience in Excellent Reporting- MIS / Client Progress Reporting etc.

Project Delivery Manager
Relevant experience in EPC projects for Co-ordination with Client, Consultant Project Site, Subcontractors, Suppliers in Various Multidisciplinary activities with good strength with proven record of timely delivery of project equipment.

Experience & ability to handle multi-disciplinary Project packages independently to meet Contract requirements and company systems.

Project Commercial Engineer
Sound Knowledge in commercial activities of EPC projects. Experience in preparation of Projects' Commercial Invoice to Clients, Budget Preparation activities, understanding suppliers invoices & Dispatch documents.

Proposal Engineer
Knowledge & Capacity in Understanding the NGO and Govt. EPC Tenders and the methods of supporting the sales & marketing in preparation of comprehensive Project proposals.

Project Cost Controllers
Knowledge in Preparation of Project Financial statements - Project cash flow / Project P&L, cost control activities and methodologies adopted covering all activities of EPC project environment.

For all the above positions, Qualification: Engineering Graduation/ Diploma. Years of Experience: Open. Should be proficient in project related software.
