APPLICATIONS
Business Systems Analyst | 6+ years P & C insurance underwriting process experience. SQL, Data Mapping, Use Case documentation. Must have 2+ years experience working directly with 4 or more developers (as a BSA role) through 3-4 full SDLC. Experience participating in every phase of the development life cycle including analysis testing, debugging (triaging issues and assign priorities) and user training. Code: BSA
Sr. Developer - Java | 7+ years' experience in the design, development and deployment of tier enterprise applications using industry standard J2EE, utilizing technologies such as Serviets, MVC, JSP using Struts framework, Hibernate, XML and JDBC. Proficient in HTML, Javascript XML and XSLT. Proficient in SQL. Excellent analytical, de-bugging and problem solving skills as well as strong inter-personal and communication skills. Code: SDJA
IT Project Manager | Minimum of 5 years project management or IT Management or IT Management with PMP Certification or equivalent. Strong background managing SDLC process for enterprise Property & Casualty applications. Demonstrates sound understanding of P & C processes and lifecycles. Sr. .Net Developer | Minimum of 10 years hands-on development experience with at least 3 years as technical team lead and applications architect. Must have wide experience with different web technologies, programming languages, databases and development tools. Code: SNT

Help Desk Analyst | Work extensively with internal technical resources to identify, document, and implement fixes to the client issues. Code: HDA
Desktop Support Specialist | Responsible for client support for all aspects of workstation support in the Windows, XP, Vista and W/7 environment. Code: DSA
Mainframe Communications Systems Programmer | Responsible for all aspects of the VTAM and TCIP Networks on multiple Client LPARs on shared CPUs. Must possess proven analytical and problem-solving skills/ abilities, in-depth knowledge mainframe communication protocols, Z/ OS, JES, TSO, Netview and FTP. Code: MCSP
Messaging Services Administrator | Provide support for email enabled applications including technical and administration support. Code: MS
Network and Telecom Engineer | Ability to integrate current and new technologies to create complex network solutions. Proficiency needed in MPLS VPN, VRF-Life, BGP, and OSPF. CCIE and/or JNCIE preferred. Code: NTE
NT Administrator | Manage and troubleshoot network environments based on the Windows Server operating systems (NT, 200, 2003 and 2008). The skill set requires a variety of job roles, such as systems administrator, network administrator, information systems administrator, network operations analyst, network technicians, and technical support specialist. Applications Skill sets include Citrix, Bmc, iis, multiple 3rd party applications. Code: NTA
Oracle DBA | This position is responsible for production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a large and varied 7x24 installation of Oracle 11g, 10g, 9i and few instances of 8i development, QA and production version, participate in planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all activities pertaining to the production and QA databases, including configuration, security, efficiency, documentation, resource planning, backup / recovery, and usage guidelines. Production Control | 5+ years' experience working with CA products, primarily CA1/7/11 and a similar level of expertise with BMC InControl products is required. Operational knowledge of MVS, and distributed operating systems (Win-dows, Unix) is also required. Experience with distributed systems scheduling package (AutoSys), or similar product is highly desirable. The position requires defining new jobs to Autosys and maintaining a large number of open system jobs using the scheduler. Code: PC
SAP Administrator | SAP Administrator's role is to over see the organization's SAP systems. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining SAP technologies. The SAP Administrator is also accountable for the planning and coordinating the change processes required for the support of SAP Systems. Must have hands on experience and advanced knowledge 3 System Landscapes which is Development, Training & Production systems for CRM (Customer Relation Management, BIW (Business Warehouse), ECC (ERP Central Component). Sr. SDE Admin Programmer | This position is responsible for satisfying requests for Client and Organizational wide requests for functional and comestic changes to BMC's Service Desk Express Ticketing System, (SDE). Position is also responsible for support and administration of various internal Notes applications and production of reports. Must possess proven analytical and problem-solving skills/ abilities. Extensive experience with Service Desk Express Ticketing System, Lotus Notes Applications Programming a requirement. SQL Server and MicroSoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel and WebTrends a plus. Storage Engineer | Administrates all storage devices (EMC Calerra's, EMC Calrions, EMC DMX's, EMC Avamars and Compellents). Produce effective performance analysis for customers. Plan, implement, and support storage de-ployments in the Data Centre. Code: SE.
Unix Administrator | Installs, configures and maintains all Unix operating systems. Resolved issues associated with server hardware UNIX, applications software. Detects, diagnoses, and reports UNIX related problems on servers. Manages user accounts, applications, and hardware associated with UNIX-Based servers. Monitors and tunes systems software for optimal performance. Code: UNIXA
VMWare Administrator | The VMWare Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance VMWare servers and infrastructure including: System up-grades, Infrastructure design and layout, Disaster Recovery design and implementation, ESX installation and maintenance, Creating/ maintaining virtual servers including P2V projects. Sr. Help Desk Analyst | This position is responsible for satisfying requests for Client and Organizational wide help Desk related reports. Position is also responsible for coordination and production of SLA reports, and Help Desk productivity reporting. Must possess proven analytical and problem-solving skills/ abilities.
