The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the world's leading organization working for the rights of children, is seeking to recruit following staff for their Country office in New Delhi. The position requires fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of local language at the duty station will be an asset.

Minimum Requirements: Advanced university degree in the social/ behavioral sciences, (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Health Education, Communication) with emphasis on strategic communication planning for behavior development, social mobilization, participatory communication, and research. Five years progressively responsible professional work experience in social development, project administration, monitoring and evaluation, with practical experience in the adaptation and application of communication planning processes to specific programmes.
