AVP, IT Infrastructure:
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure replication, virtualization, networking, backup, server admin (Unix/ Linux and Windows) management, disaster recovery technologies, managing switches, firewalls & routers, Blackberry Enterprise Server/ VPN Servers / Database Servers, shared and dedicated (IPLC/ MPLS) audio & video circuits and all IP enable PBX's & Video Conference systems, SMTP, DNS, WINS, SAMBA, Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007. Min 5 years in a managerial role.

AVP, Software Development:
Strong experience in Software Delivery, End to End Project, Program & Delivery Management, Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery for large and mid-size corporate and overseas clients. Technical Expertise in leading and managing the entire project life cycle (Imitation, planning, Executing, controlling and closing) for quick turnaround projects using Agile methodologies with complex scope, high risks and cross functional teams with quality standards. Expertise in all aspects of the SDLC involving requirement analysis, design. Development, testing, implementation and enhancement as well as troubleshooting. Min 5 years in a managerial & project management.

Hands on experience: C#, JAVAScript, VBScript, XHTML, XML, SOAP, Transact SQL. SQL XML, VSTO & Scrum MSF with Agile methodrequology.
