Head - Finance & Accounts (Code: F-01) Chennai
Qualified CA with 20 + years of experience in a large organization preferably in a manufacturing sector heading accounts and finance. Capability to handle finalization of accounts, taxation (both direct and indirect) and working capital management, essential. Working knowledge SAP ERP preferred. Incumbent will report to CFO.

DGM - Investor Relations (Code: F-02) Chennai
Qualified CA/ MBA with 8+ years experience. Should have an analytical outlook and be conversant with drawing up business plans for a large organization. Experience in handling IPO and post IPO activities including interactions with investors, fund managers, SEBI/ stock exchange Desired.

Head - Internal Audit (Code: F-03) Chennai
CA/ ICWA with 18+ years experience in a large organization preferably in the manufacturing sector. Incumbent will lead a cross functional team that would be responsible for reviewing internal controls, factory and project operations and accounting and reporting significant deviation with proposal for corrective actions to the management. Incumbent would act as an interface between the organization and the statutory and internal auditors. Experience in internal audit practices and working knowledge in SAP ERP package, Preferred.

Head - Engineering (Code: E-01) Chennai
Mechanical Engineering B.E. / M.E. with 20 to 25 years' experience with minimum 10 - 15 years as Head of Engineering in an integrated project based company in mechanical, electrical and design areas. Knowledge of material specification, design engineering software and technology absorption, handling failure analysis and suitable engineering solutions. Essential. Incumbent should be conversant with Indian / International codes for all design parameters. Knowledge of international technology transfers, an advantage.

GM - Project Development (Land) (Code: E-02) Chennai
Engineer with 20 years experience in power project development, particularly in wind energy sector. Sound knowledge of both forest and private land acquisition, regulatory affairs and its trends and policies, required. Incumbent should also have experience in land purchase legalities, approvals, etc.

VP - Projects (Code: E-03) Chennai
B.E. (Mechanical) with 20 to 25 years' experience in Senior Management Position as Project in-charge in a large integrated turnkey project based company. Skills in planning, execution including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical equipment erection, servicing, commissioning, experience in usage of large material handling cranes desired. Sound knowledge of land acquisition, regulatory affairs, trends/ policies, constructions of substations, external lines as transmission lines will be added advantage. The incumbent will head all the verticals in Projects - Development, Execution and Power Evacuation

Head - Purchase (Procurement)(Code: E-04) Chennai
B.E. and MBA with 25 years extensive experience with minimum 10 years in senior capacity as Head of Procurement in large project oriented company. Should have handled at least Rs. 1000 crore purchase portfolio. Should have sound Knowledge of all materials, components required for integrated projects. Involving civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment with sound expertise in materials management including planning, strategic sourcing (imports & local), procurement and maintenance of MIS. Experience in designing and implementing procurement schedules, evaluation and negotiation techniques and vendor development for mechanical and electronic components is a necessity. Knowledge of customs clearance for import, Exim policies will be required.

Head - Regulatory Affairs (Code: R-01) Chennai
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in regulatory affairs in State/ Central Government or in reputed consultancy firms. Conversant with Electricity Act, 2003, rules, regulations and codes of various States and Central commissions. Knowledge of financial and legal matters relating to regulatory affairs. Participation in various draft regulations, amendments and orders on various regulatory affairs. Knowledge on wind energy regulatory matters will be an advantage.

GM-Legal (Code: L-01) Chennai
Law Graduate with 20 years + experience in preparation, vetting of various agreements, deeds, MoUs, contract documents, collaboration and JV agreements, etc. The incumbent will represent the Company in all legal matters and handle all legal aspects of land registration.

Head - HR (Code: HR-01) Chennai
MBA from a premier institute with over 20+ years experience in HR interventions including staffing strategy, developing & implementing HR Policies & processes, designing & implementing robust performance management systems, designing recognition & rewards programmes, identifying focus areas of training and employee development and ensuring harmonious industrial relations at the plant.

GM - Marketing Western / Eastern Region (Code: M-01) Mumbai / Kolkata
Graduate Engineer with a post Graduate qualification in Management from a premier institute with 15-18 years experience in sales, marketing and business development across regional domestic markets. Experience in wind energy marketing is essential. Knowledge of business intelligence, competitive landscape & product positioning is essential. Incumbent will carry out market segment analysis, key account liaising, work with key account managers for pre-tender & post-tender activities and be involved in brand building.
