Deputy General Manager - Sales and Marketing: 10+ years' of sales and channel management experience in financial services. Key responsibilities will include overall revenue targets, managing high performance sales terms and ensuring process and policy compliance in the region.
Senior Manager - Sales and Marketing: 5+ years' of sales and channel management experience in financial services. Key responsibilities will include overall revenue targets, managing high performance sales teams and ensuring process, policy and MIS compliance in the branch location.
Deputy General Manager - Underwriting: 10+ years' experience in risk and underwriting function in asset financing / mortgage industry. Subject Matter expertise in underwriting of home loans., construction finance to real estate developers, loans against property, corporate loans, credit process and policies, portfolio analytics and recovery, MBA (Finance)/ CAs will be preferred.
Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager - Recoveries: 8+ years' experience in driving collections/ recovery functions in the financial services sector. The role will drive the collections/ recovery teams pan India, develop effective monitoring and collection mechanism and control the NPA. The incumbent should have extensive exposure to laws such as SARFAESI, DRT etc. and experience in managing large teams and vendors.
Deputy General Manager - Information Technology (Hardware & Software): The incumbent will be responsible for the overall IT operations of the organization and should have the ability to drive the future roadmap of the same. Hands on experience in financial services application suits for asset and liability products. Prior experience in setting up lending / deposits / accounting systems in an enterprise environment, SLA management, leading IT transformation and driving efficient IT infrastructure for business enablement is a must. The incumbent will direct and monitor IT pals, policies and vendor management and data integrity of the organization. Engineers and MBAs with 10+ years' experience will be preferred.
Senior Manager and Head - Centralized Processing Center (CPC): The incumbent will be responsible for the planning and effective management of the CPC. PDC management, vendor management for pan India document archival and centralized printing and dispatching are some of the key responsibilities of this role. Post graduates with 5+ years of experience will be preferred.

Other key responsibilities will include collection of PDC and other documentation, administrative operations of the region, managing IT and other infrastructure in the region, managing the customer service function and vendors. Post graduates with 5+ years of experience will be preferred.
Executive - Operations: The incumbent will be responsible for managing the post sanction activities. Other key responsibilities will include collection PDC and documentation collection, administrative operations of the branch, managing IT and other infrastructure in the branch, managing the customer service and vendors. Post graduates with 1+ years of experience will be preferred.
