Job Desc: Role of MIS and Reporting function is to report the performance of the Company and the businesses on a regular basis using the available information thereby facilitating performance monitoring and fact based decision making.

Profile: Roles Responsibility 1. Prepare financial statements at Corporate level, business segment level, revenue stream level and project level 2. Prepare business plan at Corporate level, business segment level, revenue stream level and project level 3. Prepare Schedule VI financial statements complying with all GAAP requirements 4. Interact with business heads for preparation of business plans and to discuss variance analysis 5. Understand the various products and services of the Company including a granular understanding of the revenue drivers for each of the offering 6. Understand the underlying processes for the capture of the data for billing, revenue recognition, booking cost 7. Prepare templates to seek information from various stake holders in the organisation 8. Automate computation of metrics with key exceptions highlighted 9. Highlight exceptions to business heads and understand reasons 10. Examine and analyse patterns in data and provide crucial decision making inputs to management 11. Prepare regular reports to senior management with key exceptions highlighted Industry Candidates from large IT service companies preferred Key Skills 1. Good business acumen with ability to grasp key business drivers 2. Ability to understand data and mine data is a must 3. Ability to interact with senior management of the Company 4. Excellent analytical skills is a must 5. Prior experience in working with analytical tools 6. Ability to present data in a meaningful manner and ability to highlight key matters 7.
