Senior Performance Analyst JRE29612
- MBA (Finance), Engineering or information Systems.
- Minimum of 10 -15 years experience.
- Strong Background in statistical analysis and development.
- Strong Background in a developing Score Card and objectives / target setting.
- Strong experience in strategic making and management reporting.
- Experience in benchmarking analysis and Customer surveys.
- Certifications in Quality Management, process improvement and program management such as six sigma, Lean, PMI, etc.
- Contribute to formulate and implement Performance Management strategy, plans and budget as befitting the department needs and objectives. Deep knowledge of performance management concepts and processes.

- Expertise in data modeling & statistical analysis.
- Prior experience in cost variance analysis, Performance Benchmarking. Business Planning. Accounting Policy & Treatment, Financial Audits, Cost center validation, Preparation of budget guidelines, tools, templates etc.
- Preparation & Consolidation of annual budget. Identify abnormal cost variances & corrective actions.
