You should be an MBA from a premier business school with 8-12 years of work experience in a similar position in a fast growing organization. As a leader you motivate your team exceptionally well, you are a tough task master & yet your team loves you.

You will be responsible for admission and business promotion for 20-25 FIIT JEE centres in your region / zone. You will be responsible for strategy formulation with immediate, medium and long term step by step implementation. You should be able to maintain and create best business / organizational practices. Command over spoken English & ability to draft creative & smart communication in excellent English is a prerequisite.

• Developing concepts and designing materials including advertisements, newsletters, brochures and other promotional material.

• Demonstrating illustrative skills through rough sketching.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief at minimum cost and time.

Copy Writer
You should be an MA in English. Prior experience in the editorial department of a reputed books publisher or an English newspaper would be essential. Needless to state, excellent command over English language would be essential. The job criteria & profile includes:

• Developing and presenting drafts and ideas to management for discussion in advertising including themes and methods.
• Varying tone and language messages based on medium, target audience and product
• Editing or rewriting existing copy as per requirement.
• Writing speeches, articles, bulletins, and other related marketing, informative and promotional material.
