• Head Project (Civil): Specializing in executing high end interiors of offices & residences, should possess sound knowledge of construction materials, costing and specifications.
• Project Managers (Civil) 3: Should be graduate engineer with min. Exp. 15 yrs.
• Project Engineers (Civil) 6: Min. Exp 15 Yrs.
• Project Engineers (Elec) 5: Min. exp. 5 yrs
• Head, Site Store Management 2: Min. exp 15 Yrs (5 Yrs ind exp.)
• Purchase Officers 2: Min exp 10 Yrs (5 Yrs Ind Exp.)
• QC Incharge 1: Min exp 10 yrs.

Finance

• CFO: Must be CA with extensive experience in finance, funding & accounts in large infrastructure projects.
• Finance Executives 2: Min Exp. 5 Yrs (2 Yrs ind exp.)
• Taxation Executives 2: Min. Exp 5 Yrs.
• Internal Auditors 3: Min 5 Yrs Exp. (2 yrs Ind Exp)

Marketing

• Head, Marketing: MBA with 15 Yrs experience in residential sales in a reputed real estate company with a proven track record. The person shall lead the initiative of sales, marketing and collections. Responsibilities will be to plan, strategies & execute result oriented sales & Marketing initiatives, team building, developing a strong dealer network & Managing effective collection laws
